Sean “Diddy” Combs’ authorized group has filed an attraction for pretrial launch with the United States Courtroom of Appeals for the Second Circuit, Web page Six has realized.
The attraction challenges the choice made by the Southern District of New York to disclaim the rapper-turned-mogul bail based mostly on allegations of obstruction of justice and witness tampering.
