Mayor Eric Adams visited a Queens church Saturday — to hope — a day after being arraigned on federal public corruption costs.
“The ability of prayer!” Adams advised reporters earlier than delivering remarks to about 100 worshipers on the Higher African Methodist Episcopal Church in Jamaica.
“So I do a variety of praying, and I’m wanting ahead after I go away right here to go on to proceed to do what I do and transfer our metropolis ahead. That’s what must happen now.”
Adams declined to deal with questions on whether or not Gov. Kathy Hochul, who has the ability to take away him from workplace, is pressuring him to resign.
