Faculty apologizes to oldsters after opening ‘muddy play space’ — which left soiled youngsters coming dwelling
A main college that launched a ‘muddy play space’ has apologized to oldsters after youngsters got here dwelling — lined in mud.
Holsworthy Main Faculty in Devon introduced within the new function for its college students to interact with the good open air.
However the college has now stated sorry to mothers and dads — after youngsters had been leaving college muddy.
The college has clarified they’ve adjusted the foundations and areas to be sure that the youngsters don’t deliver the mud dwelling with them.
It says ”plans are in place to restrict the quantity of publicity to the muddy areas”.
A spokesperson for Holsworthy Main Faculty stated: “We want to apologize to any dad and mom/carers who’ve had youngsters come dwelling muddy lately.
”This journey is new and evolving and subsequently we’re adjusting the foundations and areas to handle the youngsters’s love of the varied areas.
“Please be reassured that plans are in place to restrict the quantity of publicity to the muddy areas till the (hopefully) drier seasons are upon us. We thanks to your understanding and ongoing help.”
